Here is a little info I have learned about Body Pump. It’s a 55 minute total body barbell workout set to some awesome tunes. ~ Body Pump doesn’t use big weights. REP EFFECT is based on high repetition with low weights to maximize strength without overbuilding your muscles. So, get that word bulky out of your head!
